After the summer months July and August, the weather begins to cool down in September. At this time of year, the average temperature for the city starts off at 14°C, created by highs of 19°C during the daytime and lows of 8°C after dark. With mild daytime temperatures and cold evening temperatures, you'll need to pack a mixture of light clothing as well as warm clothing. Since the probability of rainfall is relatively high during this month, it's also worth packing some waterproof clothing or an umbrella.
